Pet-friendly policies

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We enjoyed the pool and made time for fun at Central Bowling Lanes and the Family Fun Park. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made everything smoother. Just a heads up, the breakfast availability seemed a bit inconsistent, so plan accordingly.

The shower pressure was pretty disappointing. it barely worked when trying to get hot water mixed in.

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool make my stays enjoyable. The staff even helped me with dining directions on my first visit. Friendly and accommodating, I'll definitely return!

Not bad for a group of old timers

The staff really cared about us and went the extra mile honestly. When we needed a little help, they carried our bags and made sure we were comfortable.

It wasn’t inexpensive but I guess it’s acceptable for what we got.

The stay featured exceptionally clean and well-maintained rooms, a highlight for pet owners, as no signs of previous guests' pets lingered. Despite this, the kitchen's lack of friendliness and the need for renovations were disappointing. several items ran out during our visit. It was also difficult to find, located behind other businesses with limited parking. Overall, suitable for a quick visit, especially for families with pets, but could use improvements in service and facility conditions.

I enjoyed the cozy spa bath in my room, and the clean amenities were a huge plus. The indoor pool was a nice touch for fun with family.

Consider asking for extra towels at check-in to avoid any shortages during your stay, as they may run out.

Great stay, awesome staff!

Spent 3 nights with my family. Cindy in the kitchen was super friendly and made breakfast tasty! The room was nice, but the basic cable was kinda lame since half the channels didn’t work. Overall, a cozy place to rest after exploring Hot Springs.

First room had no TV or fridge, which was a letdown. After switching, the second room was still occupied, and in the third, there was an issue with water. Overall maintenance felt lacking, as I encountered dripping faucets in the bathroom. Also noted was a lack of basic supplies. I had to go to the front desk for towels and request toilet paper. The air freshener left a strange odor, making my stay less comfortable at times.
