The room with queen beds was exceptional and impressive, and we really liked it, and the breakfast was large, super, and offered a variety of options.

I had a fantastic stay for a short business trip. The hotel offered a large and super breakfast with scrambled eggs and included a beverage. The location was near local tourist attractions, drug stores, Magic Springs theme park, and Hot Springs Mall.

Overall a very comfortable stay for short business trip. Nice place for discovering Hot Springs. Accommodating staff and management. Marvellous and unbeatable position near the cafeteria. Based right by restaurants and Wal Mart, stores and Night life.

I loved it, its staff and food. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

Property smelled like animal urine. Room didn't sleep 4 like web site said it would. Fold out bed's mattress was completely unacceptable. Odors were terrible. Hotel and room were dirty.

Breakfast was very good!

Front desk were rude, not enough towels ask for some, told us they would deliver and didn't, had to use my beach towels, went down to dry them, machines were not working! Phone in room didn't work, room had not been dusted!

Pets are welcome here 🐾, and the rooms come fully equipped for our furry friends. You'll find a wide variety of delicious meals to choose from; the food here is top-notch!

We did not have our room ready at 5pm when we arrived.

The convenient location of this budget-friendly hotel was a great advantage.

Did not have the double room we requested said they upgraded us to a room with the couch but only one 15 yr. old child could sleep on that so we were squished in the bed they said the maid service had walked out. AsKed the next day if they had a double but they said no

the bed was comfortable, The breakfast was very good, plenty to pick from and the breakfast staff was very friendly and took care of the food and tables very well.

the bed is too close to the wall with the a/c. hit my shin twice. There was trash on the floor between here also. The cold air from the a/c blew right on my feet at the bottom of the bed.

This place has a convenient central location near the race track and is situated close to a restaurant and the library.

The location of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The indoor pool was nice.

The sink and the toilet was stopped up. I called three times about the toilet and no one came to unstop the toilet.

The location was close to everything. The food, the mall, Walmart and was not too far from Magic Springs.

My problem with the property was first off cleanliness. The halls were trashy and had roll away beds in the hall, also it seems like the cleaning staff had their children at work with them. When I first arrived which was approximately 12 noon. I was early and asked if I could go ahead and check in since I was going to Magic Springs theme park. The clerk advised but I don't think room is ready but should be cleaned by the time I come that night. So of course it was not ready at 12 so we left and returned at 7pm. I go to the room and needless to say it was not cleaned. I go to the front and over here one the cleaning staff has "I can only do what can." She was complaining to another employee while the manager I guess was working the front desk. The night manager name I did not get was saying it's not my fault my new system is not working correctly and not telling me what rooms are available, now mind you there are more customers with the same problem. I tell the clerk my room is not cleaned and that I checked in at approximately around 12 noon and advised well I don't have any of your information. I then say "how did I get a key to the room. She proceeds to check for another room and keeps saying it wasn't her that checked me in and that she can't help it that she can't tell if there are any clean rooms. She said sorry or anything. I finally get another room which took about 30 minutes. I go to the room and there is cleaning staff blocking the hall and trash everywhere. I stayed two days. The bathroom door knob was about to fall off, the bathroom towel rack fell off I had to put it back up. When I did checked out there was another manager on duty 8/2/2016 and she started to check me out and charged my card which was file but I told the other clerk who checked me in I was going use another card when I check out. Of I was upset because now she had to refund it and it would take days to go back on my card.
